This is the read me file, here you will find the propper way to fullfil the study form, and how it works.

Okay, so lets go from the beginning:

What data do I need from you? and why?

  1. First and Last Names:
    2. I need to know who are you, and the best way to start is by getting name, you don't need to add the full name.

  2. Birthday:
    3. This will just be used now for aging purpouse, but I have a plan on going bigger, and adding a birthday discount on your birthday month, that's why we only need the month and the year

  3. gender:
    4. This is just for my data analisys, but it's not a requided data, it's up to you sharring or not.

  4. Availability:
    5. I need to know which days you free for studies, because we may need to make an appointment, there are some topics that we need to study together. This is not a required data, but if you do not submit it, I'll assume you do not want to have this kind of meetings.

  5. E-mail and Phone numebr:
    6. I need to have your contact information to send you the study material, make appointments, and it's going to be easier if we have a direct channel for communication.

  6. What do you want to study?:
    7. This is kind obvious, but I need to get prepared to our study, so please, be the most specific and clear as you can( If you need extra attention to some particular topic or if don't need to revisit something, now is time to say it), this way I can get ready and prepare the best material for you.
  7. The summary:
    8. I can't do miracles, you need to take the first step on it and I can't say a better way than making a summary about the topics, It will help me understanding how I can help you
